Looking for a space to see therapy clients in person?

Our beautiful offices are available to sublet.

Subletters have access to:

  • Our location in a large professional building that is home to many other therapists and other professionals.

  • Our comfortable waiting room

  • A separate shared kitchenette space with sink, microwave, and refrigerator

  • Supplies such as a shredder and wi-fi-connected printer and scanner.

  • Good internet connection

  • The ability to buzz clients in via office phone during evening appointments

  • Mail is delivered directly to the office and we are happy to hold it for you.

  • We are happy to post a sign welcoming your clients to your practice.

 

  • Overlooking a quiet, tree-lined street in the city. This office is ideal for meeting with 1-3 people and is equipped with a sandtray and some play therapy toys. A dollhouse is potentially available to use as well.

    Currently Available all day/evening on Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Also available Wednesday mornings 8am-3:30pm and Thursday evenings 4pm-10pm.

    Currently Available all day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

  • Are you a clinical psychologist or neuropsychologist in need of space for testing but not in need of a full-time office space? We are happy to offer a space that is already optimized for testing. We also offer the option to rent any of our testing equipment or supplies.

    Flexible availability. Please contact us for specific dates.

  • Therapy Offices:

    Hourly: $25/hour

    Single Full Day (Not Weekly): $80

    Weekday Full Day (7am-10pm) Weekly: $175/Month

    Weekday School Hours (8am-4pm) Weekly: $120/Month

    Weekday Evening Hours (4pm-10pm) Weekly: $120/Month

    Weekend Full Day Weekly: $175/Month

    Testing Office:

    Single Day Rental: $100

    Weekly Full Day (8am-6pm) Rental: $200/Month
