I I have over ten years experience providing clinical supervision and am deeply committed to the education and training of mental health professionals. I would love to work with you or your students on the path to growing clinical skills related to psychotherapy or testing.

My Approach to Supervision and Supervision Philosophy:

I take a developmental approach to supervision that is informed by relational perspective and techniques. Each supervision relationship is tailored to the needs of the individual or group, with specific goals and plans for growth. I try to utilize the supervision relationship toward those goals, valuing accessibility, self-reflection, and compassion in that process. I also highly value collaboration with both my supervisees and other professionals who may be involved in their training.

I have experience providing individual and group supervision for:

• Psychologists and other mental health professionals including Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists.

• Doctoral Interns and Externs in clinical psychology programs

• Post-Doctoral and other post-graduate degree individuals seeking supervision to meet licensure requirements

• Graduate students in Masters level Social Work, Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy programs

• Undergraduate students
