How you would spend your time:

  • Provide Individual and/or Group Supervision to Doctoral Externs or Postdoctoral Fellows.

  • Provide Didactic Presentations to Trainees on topics of interest.

  • Flexible scheduling that may include weekdays, evenings, or weekends. No evening or weekend requirements; Potential for strictly weekday scheduling if desired and consistent with clinical interests and goals.

  • Provide therapy services to your ideal clients.

    • Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy to private-pay or insurance-based clients.

    • A variety of clinical interests and approaches are welcome, with particular interest in psychologists with training or interests in working with complex trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, Autism, OCD, personality disorders, or relational issues. Training in ACT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, somatic therapies, relational models, or perinatal mental health is also desirable.

    • Opportunities to assist or lead DBT Skills Groups, or to develop and run other groups of interest.

    • You have the option to provide therapy services remotely or in our comfortable office spaces.

  • If desired, provide testing services as well.

    • We use a hybrid testing approach with both virtual and in-office components.

    • Opportunities for testing across the lifespan with private-pay or insurance-based clients.

    • Testing related to clarification of diagnoses related to ADHD, Autism, anxiety or mood symptoms, personality disorders, psychosis, and complex trauma is desirable. Training or interest in psychoeducational assessments or assessment for academic accommodations is also encouraged.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • W2 Position.

    • Salary options starting at $75,000/year with bonus potential.

Ideal Applicant

  • Licensed (or soon to be licensed) Clinical Psychologist in Illinois. PsyPact members encouraged.

  • Wants to supervise others and has enthusiasm for training.

  • Strong interest in Evidence-Based Practices and real-world application of those practices.

  • Interest in DBT, ACT, EMDR, IFS, Somatic, or Relational Treatment Models.

  • Interest in assessment and treatment of Trauma and Trauma-informed approaches.

  • Neurodiversity-affirming.

  • Interest in issues of cultural competence and social justice.
